The Collaborative Space at QUT is a versatile, medium-sized room designed for up to 36 participants, perfect for teaching and collaborative sessions. It features a Panasonic projector, six LCD displays, and AMX touch panel, ensuring seamless AV management and clear visuals. Audio is optimized with Shure ceiling microphone, a QSC DSP, and Kramer amplifier, delivering high-quality sound throughout the space. Video conferencing is enabled via Aver cameras, with AV over IP (AVoIP) support through AMX encoders and decoders. Supporting BYOD, the room offers laptop and PC inputs, plus RoomLink for connecting multiple spaces. Managed via Innomate’s Innomesh platform, it ensures proactive AV monitoring through AVaaS and UCaaS services. Deployed in 45 rooms, this space is ideal for educational environments needing advanced AV and unified communications solutions.
